  (distributed separately from the original, as the QPL section 3 requires), the new files
  linked into the binary in src/wasm/ (Apache-2.0, which allows use and redistribution, as
  the QPL section 6 requires), and the build scripts in scripts/ (pins in docs/PINS.md).
  Every bundle has a copy of this source in source/ and a notice in SOURCE.txt.

  The Hercules extpkgs (crypto, decNumber, SoftFloat, telnet) are built unmodified at pinned
  commits and keep their own licenses (copied into each bundle as licenses/extpkg-*).
